This volunteer role supports a women’s boxing and conditioning program in Los Angeles designed to help participants get back in shape, learn self-defense, and build confidence. Volunteers assist with setting up equipment, welcoming participants, recording short videos for Instagram, and providing light support during sessions. No boxing experience is required, just a friendly attitude, reliability, and an interest in fitness or community wellness. In return, volunteers gain hands-on experience in a training environment, learn practical boxing skills, and become part of an empowering community that promotes strength and confidence.
