We’re looking for an energetic and quick-witted performer to bring The Grinch to life at a holiday-themed pop-up bar on Long Island. The performer will embody the spirit of the character—sarcastic, mischievous, and hilarious—while interacting with guests in a lively, improvisational environment. Each evening, the Grinch will mingle with bar guests, pose for photos, and deliver spontaneous, family-friendly banter that keeps the crowd entertained and laughing. The performer should be comfortable staying in character for extended periods, reading the room, and adapting their humor and energy to suit different audiences. This is the perfect role for a comedian or actor with strong improv skills who thrives on crowd interaction and can make each night feel unique. Responsibilities: Portray The Grinch in an engaging, comedic, and interactive manner Improvise and entertain guests while maintaining character throughout the event Participate in photo ops and social media moments Collaborate with event staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees Keep performances appropriate, humorous, and aligned with the holiday theme
