About the Job
Female, 62-82 to play late-60s to 70s, appears White (European Descent), American. (This is a Lead Role with additional scenes than in the Audition.) Fearless and strong, she is raising her adored granddaughter, Charlie, while secretly working with the Resistance against a totalitarian regime in the future. She's a loving Grandma with a warrior spirit. The government that Grandma fights has eliminated all libraries and banned all books, which she sees as a mad descent into ignorance. This role includes some limited bending, lifting, pushing an object, carrying a bag of books and quick walking. No stunts.
