About the Job

Lateek Mason is a very pro-black polished, articulate, hyper-informed republican podcaster. He is highly educated and well-spoken and very masculine. Lateek is the type of man who has read too much, seen too much, and is a wounded idealist. As a Black Conservative Republican, he genuinely believes the Democratic Party betrayed him and “his people.” He believes in gender roles, hierarchy, stability, and that men must lead communities. He speaks like a man used to debating on radio shows or college panels. The Biden “you ain’t Black” comment on the Breakfast Club did something to him emotionally. It felt personal, a slap in the face from a party he and his family supported for generations. That became the moment his worldview shifted permanently and he became a Republican. Lateek believes that the Black community is being misled and political forces want Black men minimized and feminized. And it is his responsibility to speak the truth, even if his truth offends thru his podcast.
